Quarantine Connection Group.

We are pretty pumped to offer a different kind of group to get you through this quarantine season.  It's the quarantine connection (QC) group.https://vimeo.com/414152699QC will meet every other Tuesday morning from 9-10:30am, MST starting May 5th and will run for six months.  This group will be facilitated by the fabulous Tammy Gustafson and is going to be focused on keeping you connected to your recovery and having a rope to hold onto as we all deal with the transitions coming down the pipe from COVID-19.What you will get:

  • Sessions via Zoom every other week - one session will be primarily a live teaching session by Tammy on topics such as managing triggers while being at home, boundaries in quarantine and self-discovery while the world is slowly starting to restart.  The other session will be a more dynamic session where you can ask questions (you can submit these ahead of time) as well as addressing specific concerns you are dealing with.
  • The teaching sessions will be recorded and available for you to view during the six months that this group will run.
  • Group Chat via What's App or something similar (I am looking for the most secure app and What's App looks most promising) - this is for the group members to keep in touch but we won't be interacting on the chat.

Who might benefit from this type of group:

  • Alumni of RL for Women support groups
  • Women that have done some recovery work but are finding themselves needing a little bit more during COVID-19.
  • Women interested in the traditional RL for Women support groups but the timing of the available groups won't work for their schedules.
