We specialize in helping women heal from sexual betrayal. We work with women that are married, separated, divorced and also dating. In addition, the sexual integrity issues that our clients have been hurt by encompass pornography, masturbation, emotional affairs, physical affairs, lusting in public or in the mind, strip clubs, one night stands, etc.

Our main objective is to create a safe place for you to share your grief, process the hurt and pain of disclosure / discovery, get unstuck, and determine what you need to move forward toward healing.

These sessions are tailored to your individual goals and needs. A lot of the work we do with women centers on getting safe within your body and within your environment, identifying what you need, setting boundaries, working through triggers, self-care, healing from betrayal trauma and working through grief.

Sessions are 55 minutes long and over the phone. Some of our coaches will do video sessions if that is your preference.

How To Join
Group Coaching

If you are a woman whom has been betrayed by your husband or significant other due to his sexual integrity issues (lust and fantasizing, pornography, emotional affairs, physical affairs, strip clubs, etc.), this group is for you. Whether you are 3 months in to the process or 6 years into the process, you are welcome!

The focus will not be on our husbands but rather ourselves. Safe, honest, and vulnerable are three words that describe the group's energy. This will be a place where we will not judge each other but rather embrace the fact that we are all on different journeys with a common goal.

Initially, everyone in the group will have an opportunity to share their story. Each woman will also set a couple of goals regarding things they want to work towards. Then, each time we meet, we will have an opportunity to share what has happened in our lives over the last couple of weeks. In addition, we will work through a curriculum that focuses on some of the core areas for healing: anger, forgiveness, trust building, triggers, insecurity, true intimacy and false intimacy, etc.
In addition, we will work through the Rescued workbook. -
We will meet every other week. Groups are limited to 5-6 people and will either meet in Denver at Redemptive Living or on Zoom (some groups meet via Zoom audio and video, and others via Zoom audio only). The groups are designed to work on intimacy in a safe environment, so we ask for a six-month commitment up front. Most groups, however, last anywhere from 18 to 24 months.
