Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@rlforwomen.com.

Shipping Policy (Physical Products)

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [3–7 business days] unless otherwise noted.

During retreats, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information (if available).

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (including guides, devotionals, recordings, or courses) are delivered electronically.

Because digital products are immediately accessible, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Digital materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@rlforwomen.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

  • If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (at our discretion)

Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Event & Retreat Merchandise

Merchandise purchased at live events or retreats is final sale unless defective.

Pre-ordered event merchandise must be picked up during the designated time unless shipping arrangements have been made.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

Intellectual Property

All materials sold — including books, teachings, downloads, and recordings — are the intellectual property of Redemptive Living for Women.

  • Distribute without written permission.

We reserve the right to:
